Basalte Core servers are the central controllers of a Basalte Home installation, handling lighting, climate, music, AV, security and automation logic, operated from the Basalte Home app and Basalte design controls.
- Models: Core Plus and Core Mini (smaller housing)
- Connectivity: direct KNX connection, PoE and integrated Basalte Beam connectivity
- Core Plus additions: two analogue audio zones and IR control for up to 6 devices
- Audio/AV: hosts music and integrates amplifiers, speakers, TVs and streamers (e.g. Spotify, Sonos, Apple TV, Sony, Samsung); Core Plus works with Asano multiroom audio and Aalto speakers
- Security: notifications and alarms; door phones and cameras shown in the Basalte Home app and touch panels (partners include Siedle, 2N, Doorbird, Gira, BPT, Schüco, TCS, most IP cameras and Ekey fingerprint)
- Automation: advanced logic for lighting, AV, security, sprinklers and more
- Configuration: integrator programming software
- Ordering: configured per project — finish and variant on request
